Wake League is a cable park's public booking site and its back office in one app. Guests book and pay from their phone, the desk works from its own console, and the administration sets the prices, the products and the cards. Each of them lands in their own view when they sign in.

02 · How it starts
Thirty minutes on a call: we show you the platform the way Como Lake Cable runs it.
We install it with your prices, products and opening hours, and from Advanced up in your logo, colours and fonts.
We host it, or it runs on your own server: one install per park, with its own database.
Guests book and pay online, the desk works from its console. Bug fixes are free and updates are included.

06 · Your park, your data
Your own server, database and configuration. Nothing another park does can reach yours.
The park is the controller of its customers' data and Mont3 the processor: nothing is shared between parks.
Top-ups and gift cards are paid by card through Stripe, into the park's own account.
Card payments, the assistant and analytics can each be switched off: the platform keeps working and says so, rather than offering a button that fails.
08 · Questions
Yes. From Advanced up the platform is linked to your site: you keep your pages, and guests book and pay on the platform.
The park. Each park runs its own install with its own database, and Mont3 looks after it on the park's behalf.
On a server we look after, for 30–50€ a month, or on your own.
From a prepaid balance they top up by card, or at the desk. There is no fee on sales: card payments carry only the payment provider's fee.
From Advanced up, the site and the emails are in Italian, English and German.
We build it: new features and changes are 100€ an hour. Bug fixes are free and updates are included.

09 · Who builds it
Mont3 Suisse is a software company in Lugano that builds AI products and the platforms around them. We wrote Wake League for Como Lake Cable, we run it there, and every park on it gets the fixes and updates the park in Colico gets.
