Description
Heart Attack is a mobe: an invert combined with a rotation and a handle pass. The order of the movements is everything: the invert first, then the spin, never both at once. Only worth trying once the invert and the spin are both automatic. A krypt with a 360 on the way out.
How it's done
- 01
Same approach as the basic invert: same speed, same edge.
- 02
Complete the first three quarters of the invert without thinking about the spin.
- 03
Only at the top, pass the handle and let your shoulders start the rotation.
- 04
Find the carrier with your eyes and open your body to stop the spin.
- 05
Land and pull the handle to your hip to pick the cable back up.
Common mistakes
- Starting the spin off the ramp: the invert is lost.
- Late handle pass: a blind, off-axis landing.
- Not trusting the cable through the last 90 degrees.
The ways
Regular and goofy are approved apart, each worth the points of its own difficulty.
